Group Programmes

Our group programmes offer the same high-quality, evidence-based therapy as individual sessions, delivered in small group settings.

Sessions are therapist-led and goal-driven, providing opportunities for individuals to develop skills alongside peers while continuing to receive personalised support throughout each session.

These are not drop-off play groups. Every session is purposeful, structured and outcomes focused.

Our approach

Sessions run for 2 hours and focus on the development of:

  • Real life social interaction
  • Peer modelling and shared learning
  • Increased motivation and engagement
  • Opportunities to apply skills in meaningful, functional contexts

Staffing ratios are typically 1:2, ensuring close guidance, consistency and individual attention throughout.
