Occupational Therapy
Our Occupational Therapy (OT) service supports individuals to develop the functional foundations for everyday life.
We build independence, emotional regulation and physical confidence across home, school and community settings.
Our Approach
Intervention is guided by each individual’s developmental profile. We focus on strengthening the underlying skills that support participation, engagement and independence- rather than simply managing behaviours at surface-level.
Emotional Regulation
- Developing emotional regulation, attention and self-management within daily routines
- Building resilience, flexibility and sustained engagement
Sensory Processing & Integration
- Identifying and understanding sensory sensitivities sensory seeking patterns
- Supporting more efficient sensory processing to enhance regulation and participation
Motor skills & Coordination
- Developing balance, coordination, postural control and motor planning
- Building the physical foundations required for learning, play and independence
